Greetings from sunny Todos Santos! My name is Alec Quevedo and I am the newest member of the all-star Todos Santos Coldwell Banker Riveras team.
After many years working in the wilds of Southern Patagonia, I have landed on these sunny shores to take advantage of the clear, clean air, the amazingly fresh seafood, and the small community atmosphere that translates to a very high quality of life for its residents. And of course the Surf!
This is me, Alec, surfing in Baja.
That’s right! I am here to surf and this beautiful coastline is blessed with warm waves year round. From clean little points, to big, scary peaks and everything in between, the variety of surf here has been a fantastic bonus to living in paradise. In spring and summer, San Jose and the East Cape come alive with waves originating in the southern hemisphere and sweeping into our coastline; in autumn, the hurricanes send boisterous swells all over the tip of Southern Baja and these warm waves light up the coast well into October; and finally, winter brings the long period northern swells that march down the US coast and keep the Pacific shores of southern Baja busy with big, powerful waves all winter long.
